I was watching the Democratic debate tonight and kept hearing Obama use one phrase over and over: “The proof is in the pudding.” What this exactly means, I’m not entirely sure, but hey I like Obama and I sure as heck like pudding of all varieties, so hey! Here’s a new campaign poster I came up with for Obama:
So I couldn’t help but post this. It wasn’t on something like Jay Leno where you’d think, but rather the Nightly News with Brian Williams. I don’t think it was supposed to be funny, but I was laughing out loud. Apparently Hillary Clinton has spent $1,500 on donuts while on the campaign trail, and, get this, $11,000 on pizza! Wow. And I thought I ate out too much and didn’t eat well when I did. Now I know that’s for some of her campaign people and all, but still!
Well, after watching the debates and gathering information, I’ve finally decided who gets my vote: Barack Obama. I’ll get more into the politics later, but for now, he’s got my vote in the primaries today. We need someone with new ideas, new ways to get things done, basically just a fresh approach. We don’t need another Clinton regime, we need fresh ideas. I would be fine with a woman president. It’s not that, don’t get me wrong. It’s just I don’t think she would be the right person for the job. I would vote for the right woman in a heartbeat. Anyway, more about all of this later, but for now, get out there today and exercise your right to vote!
