I know, I know, this is a sad song for those of you that have heard it. But I had to post it. It’s a great story about a little boy who can’t afford to buy his mom a pair of shoes for Christmas so that she looks pretty when she gets to heaven to meet Jesus. It’s by Christian band NewSong, and it’s a great reminder of the true spirit of the Christmas season.
Good riddance to @Enrichmond. I do hope someone assumes stewardship of the East End cemeteries, but I’ve been saying for years something stunk in this organization or just wasn’t quite right. Looks like they’ve dissolved and drained their bank account: https://richmondfreepress.com/news/2022/jun/30/enrichmond-foundations-status-unclear/
So much truth it hurts. Not to mention it’s a rock in the rising stream that is inflation. Hell, even the Dollar Tree is $1.25 now. But the old standby Costco hot dog? Forever a buck fifty and I’m here for it.
